Directions
Add the flour in the mixing bowl. Add the salt and add the butter which is at room temperature to the bowl. Add the cottage and mix.
Dough will be sticky.
Divide the dough into 4 balls, wrap the balls with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
(You can also freeze the dough and use later)
Take the dough out of the plastic wrap.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Try to get as close to a round circle as you can! 🙂
Sprinkle the fresh grated parmesan cheese over the dough.
Press the cheese into the dough. Just to keep the cheese from coming off the dough as you roll them.
Cut the dough into eight equal slices and roll each piece from the outer edge to the center. Starting with the wide end and finishing with tucking the triangle tip under the roll.
Form it like a little crescent.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Brush melted butter on the crescent rolls.
Bake the rolls in the oven at 400°f for about 20 to 25 minutes; let the rolls cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes before removing them from the cookie sheet.
