Real Texas Chocolate Dipped PretzelsThis is a simple recipe, but works great to add to your holiday platters! They may seem small, but the sweet and salty flavor are well worth the work to dip the pretzels. You can also just place on a plate or in a bowl and use as a little treat when you are entertaining.

Watch Ramona as she shows you how to dip the pretzels in the melted chocolate.

Ingredients

1 bag stick mini Pretzels

1 package Chocolate Bark (or dipping Chocolate)

Directions

Open the Pretzel bag and place in a large bowl. This will make it easier to pick up the pretzels.

The melted chocolate will set as it cools off, so the faster you can pick up the pretzels and dip them, the more in one batch of melted chocolate you will be able to dip.

In a glass bowl, measuring cup or container, place 2 squares of the chocolate bark, and melt in the microwave on low temperature.

You can test the chocolate, by stirring it. If it is smooth, then it’s ready to use.

Take a pretzel and dip into the melted chocolate about one third to half way on the pretzel. Twirl the pretzel to let the excess melted chocolate to drip off. Place the pretzel in a single layer about 1/2″ apart on parchment paper.

When set you can peel very easily off the parchment paper and use in your holiday platters!

Hi Romana…

I need a recipe for Heath Bars (Toffee Bars). So far I’ve tried two recipes & they are a flop! 🙁 Do you have one to share?
Thanks!

Debra
