You should have seen David’s face when he started to film this recipe! He didn’t like the idea that I was making a Real Texas recipe and wasn’t even using any Jalapenos! I almost added the Rum, but it was still early in the day and I didn’t want to have to take a nap.
He wasn’t too sure of his position as my Chief Food Taster either…but after a sip, he really enjoyed his Real Texas Avocado Shake!
This was just one of those recipes that got my attention, and I had a ripe Avocado, so I figured what the heck, I’ll share something different with you.
Ingredients
1 ripe Avocado
8 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
4 oz water
6 – 8 Ice Cubes
2 tablespoons Rum, Optional
Directions
In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. And enjoy!
