This just in from my good friend Jim Bob.

First, you need to know Jim Bob is not really a political commentator.  He is a humorist.  He is a public speaker.  He is an education motivational speaker. He is all that and more.  He truly believes that “humor” can solve lots of problems in the world and humor can help you become a better teacher, a more effective and productive business owner or executive.

His website is located at Laugh Your Way Out and you can order his book, Humor is an Attitude.

Survivor, Texas Style…..

Due to the popularity of the “Survivor” shows, Texas is planning to do one entitled, “Survivor, Texas-style. ”
The nine contestants will all start in Dallas , then drive to Waco , Austin, San Antonio , over to Houston, and down to Brownsville ……. They will then proceed up to Del Rio , El Paso , San Angelo, Midland , Odessa , Lubbock, and Amarillo . From there they will go on to Abilene , Fort Worth , and finally back to Dallas .

Each will be driving a pink Volvo with bumper stickers that read: “I’m a Democrat,”– “I’m Gay,”– “I love the Dixie Chicks ,”– “Boycott Beef,”– “I Voted for Obama,”– ” George Strait Sucks,”– “Hillary in 2012,”  and “I’m Here to Confiscate your Guns.”

The first one to make it back to Dallas alive wins…..

God Bless Texas!

Now that one is funny, I don’t care who ya are.

Great idea! May I come? I drive a little frou-frou BMW convertible. On the back is a fish outline that says ‘sushi’ inside, and my “so many christians, so few lions’ bumper sticker is on order.

I’ve seen those little BMW’s. We could drive it up in the back of my pickup and sneak you half way across Texas…..but I love your bumper sticker! That will be a big hit in the Waco area.
