Not yet, I still need you! lol For this filming, I froze the Eggplant for future use and then when we were ready I prepared the Eggplant Parmesan! Fooled you….

Yummmm…my favorite dish……tell your wife she can prepare this ANY TIME for us…..I can tell it must take a long time to make cause she’s wearing a different top in the last two video’s……
