This is really good news, I thought the last place happiness was for sale was at the M&M Courts in Austin, or the Chicken Ranch in Lagrange, both of which are no longer in the happiness business,

Ya don’t think that the reason they can sale (sell?) happiness is that they have an adult book, and movie store right next door? Just a thought.
